Reset Steps(when the two earbuds can’t pair with each other or can’t connect to your device):
1.Delete all T19 records on Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth as well.
2.Long press both earbuds buttons for 8 seconds to turn off the earbuds.
3.Seconds later, long press both buttons at the same time for 10 seconds until orange lights flash twice. Reset completed.
4.Put both earbuds back into the charging case. You can start to reconnect the T19 to your devices.
Due to software compatibility issues, on some Android phones, the volume control of the earbuds cannot be synchronized with the device, resulting in a low maximum volume. At this time, please increase the volume of the phone, the volume can be increased very loudly.
