When the two earphones can’t pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?
– Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)
– Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list
– Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white
– During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)
– Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid
– Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list ‘T12’ then select to pair
